Questions
Does Double Usage work with monthly plans?
No, it applies to annual plans only. If you are on a monthly plan, switch to annual billing and apply.
I am already a fastCRW customer. Can I apply?
Yes. Existing customers on an annual plan, or moving to one, are eligible on the same terms.
What happens after 12 months?
Your plan continues at its normal monthly credits and price. Nothing changes without you choosing it.
I am part of an accelerator or startup program.
Name it in your email so we can confirm your membership. Some programs have their own offer with us.
How are the bonus credits added?
Each month for 12 months, we add credits equal to your plan's monthly allowance. Purchased credit packs are not doubled.
What if I cancel or change plans?
The bonus follows your current annual plan. If you downgrade, it matches the new plan. If you cancel, it ends with the plan.
Can I self-host instead?
Yes. The fastCRW engine is open source under AGPL-3.0 and free to self-host. Double Usage covers the managed cloud API.
Terms: annual paid plans only. One application per company. Bonus credits run for 12 months from approval and do not stack with other credit promotions. Bonus credits cannot be resold or exchanged for cash. Applications are reviewed by hand and may be declined. fastCRW may change or end the program at any time; approved accounts keep their bonus for the rest of their 12 months while the annual plan stays active.
