Every message is answered by someone who works on fastCRW, usually within one business day. Include your account email and, if the question is about a specific request, the URL you called and roughly when you called it.

Engine bugs, feature requests, and self-hosting issues are tracked in the open.
Open an issue on GitHubLive chat
The chat bubble in the bottom corner of every page reaches the same inbox as email. If you have cookies set to essential only, the bubble stays hidden, so use email instead.
Billing and credits
Plans, credit allowances, and top-ups are listed on the pricing page. For refunds, invoices, or a plan change you cannot make from the dashboard, email us from the address on the account.
