Above-threshold UK public procurement notices as OCDS release packages.
GET /v1/data/findatender/notice1Request
Either a notice id in NNNNNN-YYYY form (zero-padded number, publication year, as it appears as a release `id` and in the /Notice/<id> web URL) or an Open Contracting id in the form ocds-h6vhtk-<6 lowercase hex digits> (the `ocid` of any release). The id type alone decides whether you get one release or the whole process. Retired notice ids 404.
Releases per page, 1 to 100, default 100. Only bites when you passed an ocid: frameworks and dynamic purchasing systems carry hundreds of notices under one ocid and page one of a large one measured 2.1 MB, so set this low and follow links.next.
Opaque base64 token for the next page of this process's notices. Only present, and only needed, when the response carries links.next; copy it from there rather than constructing it.
