Licence: The legal notice page returned only navigation for a non-browser client, so no portal-wide sentence could be quoted from it. Each dataset record in the API carries its own licence in the "license" field as an EU Publications Office URI. The sample dataset (mapas estratégicos de ruido) declares "license": "http://publications.europa.eu/resource/authority/licence/CC_BY_4_0"; the catalogue also publishes datasets under CC0 and other licences. We rely on the per-dataset licence recorded by the publisher: CC BY 4.0 permits commercial use and redistribution with attribution, while records under other licences carry their own terms. No blanket portal-wide grant is claimed.
