Attribution: Source: company job board via the Ashby Job Posting API (api.ashbyhq.com). Job content is the property of the employer.

Licence: Ashby publishes no reuse licence for Job Posting API content. The Job Postings API documentation states only: "This API allows you to get data for all currently published Job Postings for your organization. If you host your own careers page, you can use this data to populate it." That is addressed to the Ashby customer who owns the board, about their own postings, and grants nothing to a third party. Ashby's Terms of Service (ashbyhq.com/resources/terms) never mention the Job Posting API; they say "Ashby retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service" and "This Agreement does not grant Customer any intellectual property license or rights in or to the Service", and they define Customer Data as the customer's. Separately, Ashby's "Dedicated Partner Job Feeds" page routes third parties who want to ingest postings through a provisioned partner feed that individual "Ashby customers can opt-in to" - i.e. third-party redistribution is treated as something each employer consents to, not a blanket grant. Reuse terms are therefore per-employer, not per-provider: each board's postings are the copyrighted content of the employer that owns the board. We claim nothing over this data and pass it through as-is, so commercialUse and redistribution are both false.

Ask with this source

A prompt for your agent that names this source and how to call it through the crw MCP.

  • Job board postings

Use Ashby Job Boards (ashby) from fastCRW Pergamon, capability "Job board postings" (job-board). You want everything a named company is currently hiring for and you know its Ashby board name from a jobs.ashbyhq.com URL. Example options: jobBoardName=Ashby, includeCompensation=true. Use the crw MCP tools: crw_find_data to confirm the source and its options, then crw_get_data with provider "ashby" and capability "job-board". Tell me the credits used and cite the licence from the response. If the crw MCP tools are missing, install them with: npx -y crw-mcp install --api-key <your fastCRW API key>
