TVmaze states in its API documentation: "Use of the TVmaze API is licensed by CC BY-SA 4.0", with a commercial licence and SLA available on request. CC BY-SA permits commercial reuse with attribution and share-alike; we record both booleans true and require attribution to TVmaze.
