Licence
REFUGE Restrooms publishes no licence for its data. Its About page explains provenance only - "The first 4500 entries are thanks to the old Safe2Pee database. The rest of our database is generated by our users." - and its API documentation is a Swagger UI with no terms attached. The site's only licensing statement is in its footer, "© copyleft 2026 refuge restrooms", and "copyleft" there attaches to the project, not to a reusable data grant. No Creative Commons or ODbL terms appear anywhere we could fetch, so we claim no rights: commercialUse and redistribution are both false.
