The postcodes.io site states "Open Source MIT licensed" and its source repository is MIT. That MIT grant covers the SOFTWARE (the API server), not the postcode dataset, which the site attributes to "Ordnance Survey and other UK data providers" without restating their terms. No explicit data-reuse licence is reproduced on the site, so no reuse right is claimed here beyond reading the API.
