OpenReview
ResearchUSapi2.openreview.net
The open peer-review platform behind ICLR, NeurIPS, TMLR and hundreds of other machine-learning venues: full-text search across submitted papers and the public reviews, rebuttals and meta-reviews attached to them, plus the venue, committee and submission-form records that describe how each venue is run.
The crw MCP on your computer calls OpenReview directly. Calls cost no credits and the data does not pass through fastCRW. Install it once for Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Windsurf, Gemini CLI or OpenCode, with your fastCRW API key in place of the placeholder:

openreview/groups-by-prefixFree, runs locallyEvery group whose id matches a regular-expression prefix, which for a venue returns its tracks, program chairs, area chairs, reviewers and per-submission groups.
openreview/invitationFree, runs locallyOne invitation by id, including the JSON schema of the form it drives: every field a submission or review must carry, its type, whether it is required, and the readers and writers the resulting note will get.
openreview/searchFree, runs locallyFull-text search across every publicly readable OpenReview note, returning whole note objects: for papers the title, abstract, author list, keywords, venue and PDF link, and for replies the review text, soundness and contribution scores, meta-reviews and author rebuttals.
openreview/venue-invitationsFree, runs locallyEvery invitation created under a venue's meta-invitation: its submission, review, rebuttal, decision, recruitment and revision forms, each with its own field schema and dates.
