GET /v1/data/nhc/forecast-cone1 creditPolygon features giving the NHC cone of uncertainty for each active cyclone, the area the centre is likely to track through over the forecast period.
GET /v1/data/nhc/forecast-points1 creditPoint features for each forecast position of every active cyclone, carrying storm name, type, advisory number and date, maximum sustained wind, gusts, central pressure and Saffir-Simpson category.
GET /v1/data/nhc/forecast-track1 creditLine features joining the forecast positions of every active cyclone into a single projected path per storm.
GET /v1/data/nhc/forecast-wind-radii1 creditPolygon features for the forecast 34, 50 and 64 knot wind extents at each forecast time of every active cyclone.
GET /v1/data/nhc/outlook-seven-day-locations1 creditPoint features for each disturbance in the seven-day Graphical Tropical Weather Outlook, with its current location and formation chance.
GET /v1/data/nhc/outlook-seven-day-motion1 creditLine features showing the expected direction of motion of each seven-day outlook disturbance.
GET /v1/data/nhc/outlook-seven-day-regions1 creditPolygon features for the regions where a disturbance could develop into a tropical cyclone within seven days, shaded by formation probability.
GET /v1/data/nhc/outlook-two-day-locations1 creditPoint features for each disturbance in the two-day Graphical Tropical Weather Outlook, with its current location and the chance of tropical cyclone formation.
GET /v1/data/nhc/past-points1 creditPoint features for the observed historical positions of every active cyclone so far this advisory cycle, with intensity, pressure and timestamp at each fix.
GET /v1/data/nhc/past-track1 creditLine features joining the observed past positions of every active cyclone into one path per storm.
GET /v1/data/nhc/past-wind-radii1 creditPolygon features for the observed 34, 50 and 64 knot wind radii at past fix times of each active cyclone.
GET /v1/data/nhc/past-wind-swath1 creditPolygon features showing the cumulative area already swept by 34, 50 and 64 knot winds for each active cyclone.
GET /v1/data/nhc/peak-storm-surge-lines1 creditLine features of the peak storm surge inundation forecast along the coast, in feet above ground level. Empty when no surge event is in progress.
GET /v1/data/nhc/peak-storm-surge-points1 creditPoint features of the peak storm surge inundation forecast for an active US landfall threat, in feet above ground level. Empty when no surge event is in progress.
GET /v1/data/nhc/peak-storm-surge-polygons1 creditPolygon features of the peak storm surge inundation forecast areas, banded by height in feet above ground level. Empty when no surge event is in progress.
GET /v1/data/nhc/services1 creditLists the five NOAA map services carrying NHC data: NHC_tropical_weather, NHC_tropical_weather_summary, NHC_Breakpoints, NHC_PeakStormSurge and StormSurgeRisk.
GET /v1/data/nhc/storm-layer1 creditQueries one layer of the per-storm tropical weather service, which carries the same products as the summary service but split into fixed basin slots AT1-AT5, EP1-EP5 and CP1-CP5 so a single storm can be pulled in isolation.
GET /v1/data/nhc/storm-service-layers1 creditReturns the full layer tree of the per-storm tropical weather service: every basin slot AT1-AT5, EP1-EP5, CP1-CP5 with its forecast, past track, wind, arrival time and inundation sublayers and their numeric ids.
GET /v1/data/nhc/storm-surge-risk-layer1 creditQueries one layer of the national Storm Surge Risk map service, the climatological worst-case inundation by hurricane category for the US East and Gulf coasts, Puerto Rico, Hispaniola, Yucatan, Hawaii, southern California, Guam and American Samoa.
GET /v1/data/nhc/summary-layer-fields1 creditReturns the metadata of one layer of the tropical weather summary service: its geometry type, extent, drawing info and the full field list with names, aliases, types and coded value domains.
GET /v1/data/nhc/summary-layer-index1 creditReturns the layer tree of the tropical weather summary service: every layer id with its name, geometry type, parent group and scale range, covering outlook, forecast, past track, wind, arrival time, inundation and probabilistic wind layers.
GET /v1/data/nhc/surge-communication-points1 creditPoint features for the reference locations NHC uses when communicating storm surge values, with name and position.
