Licence
Datasets carry a per-dataset licence from the portal's own licence register. The sample dataset comercio-de-minerales-de-argentina-siacam declares, in the CKAN metadata served by /api/3/action/package_show, "license_title": "Creative Commons Attribution 4.0" and "license_id": "Creative Commons Attribution 4.0" ("license_url" is null). The portal's own terms route at /acerca/tyc is client-rendered and returned no readable text to a non-browser client, so no portal-wide terms sentence could be quoted. We rely on the CC BY 4.0 grant recorded on the datasets themselves: that licence permits commercial use and redistribution provided the source is attributed. Individual datasets may name a different licence.
