The footer of data.sa.gov.au states: "This Government of South Australia website is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 License." The portal also publishes a separate Attribution page asking users to attribute the source agency. CC BY 4.0 permits commercial use and redistribution with attribution; individual dataset records may carry their own licence.
